2 months!

Well little baby, you're 2 months old today. Every mom says it, and I think every mom means it. It goes by so fast!!!

You're growing and changing all the time. And every new day is just so much fun. You make me smile and laugh a lot and I just love it.

We're in California right now and you're meeting all kinds of new people. We took you shopping today and so many strangers commented and ohhed and ahhed over you. I told Dad while we were out that when I have you with me in public I don't feel so bad about the 10 pounds of baby weight I'm still packing, because moms of little babies are pretty much invisible. Everyone just wants to look at you! It's fine with me.

You and I have our best "talks" first thing in the morning and just before bedtime. Those are the times you coo, sigh, and smile the most. I love it. You're sleeping so well at night. I keep waiting for it to change, but I keep hoping it won't. You nap well during the day. You love seeing whats going on. If we're at a new place, around a lot of people, or at a store you get mad if we don't hold you facing out so you can see what's going on.
