Choo Choo!

Your Aunt Anne gave Poppy a train trip to Santa Barbara for Christmas.  He finally cashed it in last weekend and Annie wanted to take you, too.  You were SO excited.  I bought a train hat a few days before, not for your trip, just for fun, but you reminded me over and over the night before that you wanted to wear the new choo choo hat on your train ride.

You got up bright and early and were ready to go!

I took this picture when you got home.  The train conductor met you on the ride and part way through, he paged you over the intercom to come to the front of the train where he made you a junior conductor and gave you this book.  You were in heaven!

It took a couple tries to get a good picture...here's one attempt.  Addie quickly scaled the wall for a little photo bomb.
